Chris is an intelligent man, with a very cool and calm temperament. He has a witty sense of humor, as seen when he tries to use it to help Nalini. He cares a lot about others, as seen when he was more than willing to comfort Nalini and help her when she needed it. He even gives her advice about parenting Devi, saying sometimes it's alright to just give in and say yes when children ask for something.
