Synopsis[]
At last, Devi is dating her dream guy, but some catty gossip has her worried about taking things slow, Nalini urges Kamala to rethink a decision.
Plot[]
Devi is now full of pride as she and Paxton are officially an item. However, the mean girls hypothesize how the school's hottest guy is going out with a nerd like Devi. They found out through a high school gossip TikTok account under the name Lady Whistle Boy who uploaded and streamed a video of the two lovebirds holding hands and kissing. As is to be expected, Devi is anxious over this, and her fears of inadequacy begin to resurface.
Later, Fabiola's girlfriend, Eve, informs Fabiola that she is moving to South Korea with her family, but she wants to stay together long distance, despite the sixteen-hour time difference.
While Kamala breaks up with Prashant, the Trent and Paxton seem to be on a rocky footing because Trent doesn't support Paxton's decision to take Devi back. But he promises to trust Paxton, if not Devi.
Then, the girls inform Devi that she must ensure her PTA is fresh. Which is an acronym that the girls came up with, and stands for pits, tits, and ass.
John McEnroe follows up with his narration that he hates knowing what that acronym stands for.
Even though Devi keeps insisting that this is the night that she has been waiting for. She reiterates how she wants to lose her virginity to Paxton, and thinks it will be "some magical deflowering that I write a poem about or some shit."
However, Paxton sees that his girlfriend is not ready because it seems like she is stressed out. He is kind and understanding when Devi tells him she is not ready for sex, agreeing he is content with just watching some TikToks together. Unfortunately, he never sees the G-string she made from her shoelaces.
Kamala informs the family that she is not going to get married, and Nirmala does not take it well. She even takes away her famous idly and sambar from Kamala and passes it to Devi, claiming Devi is her only granddaughter now.
Unfortunately, just as she calms her fears of inadequacy, she receives an anonymous text from someone warning her Paxton is not who she thinks he is.
